Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover how you use KnuckleBet (knucklebet.co) and any account held with Booki.com.au Pty Ltd. Register an account or place a wager and you accept them in full.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
1. Who we are
KnuckleBet is a registered business name of Booki.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 87 132 843 817). Booki.com.au Pty Ltd holds Sports Bookmaker Licence No. NT-RWC-SB-2021-0384, issued by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (NTRWC), and every wagering contract is formed with Booki.com.au Pty Ltd in Northern Territory, Australia.
2. Eligibility
To open an account you must be 18 or over, use your own legal name, and be physically in a place where wagering with an Australian-licensed operator is lawful. Under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework we check your age and identity before your first bet, and we can ask for documents later as well. You also confirm you are not currently listed on BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register; if you are, we cannot open or run an account for you.
3. Your account
One account per person. You must keep your login credentials secure, and you remain responsible for everything done through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, email us at once at support@knucklebet.co. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion, duplicate accounts or any breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
You can fund and withdraw using debit cards, PayID or bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling, in line with the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023 (Cth). The minimum for both deposits and withdrawals is $10, and withdrawals go only to a verified method in your own name. Deposits and withdrawals are free of charge. Once your identity is verified we process withdrawals within one business day; your bank may then take another one to three. We are not a bank and pay no interest on your balance.
5. Bets & pricing
Your bet counts as accepted only once it shows, confirmed, in your bet history. Before that point we may decline or limit any bet at our discretion. Odds are decimal, so your potential return is the stake times the odds — $10 at 2.50 returns $25, stake included. Until a bet is accepted, its price can move. You cannot place online in-play (live) bets on non-racing sport, as the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) requires.
6. Settlement
Markets settle on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If that result is later amended, your bet stands on the result as it was at settlement. Our Betting Rules set out the full market rules.
6A. Void bets and palpable errors
We may void a bet and return the stake in several cases: the event is postponed or abandoned and not finished within 48 hours (unless a market rule says otherwise); a palpable error affects the price, entry or market; a runner is scratched in a racing market (rule 4 deductions may apply); or integrity is plainly compromised, for instance by suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing. You cannot cancel or edit a bet once it is accepted, so check your slip before you confirm.
6B. Multis and Same Game Multi
If a leg of a standard multi (parlay) is voided, the multi recalculates as though that leg was never picked. In a Same Game Multi, related outcomes may be restricted, and a voided leg re-prices the whole bet. We show the maximum legs and combinations as you build it.
6C. Maximum payout
Payouts are capped at AUD 500,000 per customer per day across all markets. If a bet would return more than that, we pay the cap.
7. Responsible gambling
Safer gambling matters to us. At any time you can set deposit limits, take a deposit break, or self-exclude. See Responsible Gambling and the national BetStop register. 7A. Anti-money laundering & financial crime
We meet our obligations under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) in full. We will not take funds that are the proceeds of crime, money from people or entities on terrorism or sanctions lists (AUSTRAC, UN, USA, EU, Australia), or “structured” deposits arranged to dodge detection. We check source of funds, screen accounts against sanctions databases, monitor transactions, freeze and close accounts when we find breaches, and report anything suspicious to AUSTRAC. Our AML/CTF, KYC & Source of Funds page has the detail. If you suspect money laundering or the financing of crime, email support@knucklebet.co without delay.
8. Liability
So far as the law allows, Booki.com.au Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes the rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8A. No guarantees
We promise no particular outcome, return or win. Any results, form, statistics or other information we show are for general interest, not advice or a prediction. Gambling carries risk, and you can lose more than you win.
8B. Refusal and limits
At our discretion we may refuse, suspend or limit any bet, account or market — for example to manage risk, follow the law, protect integrity, or respond to signs of gambling harm.
8C. Tax
Any tax on your winnings is your responsibility under the law where you live. We do not give tax advice.
9. Changes & governing law
We may revise these Terms, and we post material changes on knucklebet.co. The laws of Northern Territory, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia govern them.
9A. Inactivity
Should your account go 12 months with no bet, deposit, withdrawal or successful login, we may contact you and handle any remaining balance under the applicable unclaimed-money law.
9B. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Together with our Betting Rules and Privacy Policy, these Terms make up the whole agreement between you and Booki.com.au Pty Ltd.
